Amazon Calls Parenting Book “Offensive,” Shelves Hitler Manifesto, Sadism Porn, & a Criminal How-To



A reader contacted Amazon to ask why Desist, Detrans, & Detox: Getting Your Child Out of the Gender Cult was removed from its shelves. This book provides support to parents who recognize that not every child who expresses discomfort with his or her biological sex should be immediately dosed with chemicals and altered surgically. The customer service representative with whom the reader spoke called Desist, Detrans, & Detox “offensive.”



Offensive, Amazon? Really?


Let’s look at some other books Amazon sells, which Amazon apparently considers inoffensive.

 


Mein Kampf is a 1925 autobiographical manifesto by Nazi Party leader Adolf Hitler. The work describes the process by which Hitler became anti-semitic and outlines his political ideology and future plans for Germany.

We challenge Amazon to point out one “offensive” piece of content inside this parenting self-help guide that is based on long-understood principles of education and child development.
