This bill will essentially hide minors in California, along with all proof of their ‘trans’ drug and surgical procedures from their out-of-state parents by sealing their medical records while offering sanctuary to ‘gender’ doctors being sued in other states.

A call to action! Let’s gather in numbers, in person or in writing, in opposition to California’s shocking Bill SB107. This dangerous bill aims to draw young people from all over America to California to undergo irreversible drug and surgical procedures with total secrecy from their non-Californian parents and their home states. The bill is also designed to shield “gender” doctors, and all of those involved in transing a minor, from all legal liability as they hide away in California from the lawsuits or even criminal charges that they would otherwise face.
On June 28th, 2022, California lawmakers will try to pass Bill SB107, removing all traces of liability for doctors and healthcare providers who flee to California to escape lawsuits for medical malpractice or even related criminal charges in other states. Included in this secret-keeping Bill and cloaked in the protection of the right for any child to have their body chemically and surgically altered (based on their feelings) is California’s right to take custody of these youths and hide all records of the transed child’s very existence from their out-of-state parents.

Excerpts from the proposed bill show the legal lengths the state of California is willing to go to ensure that the brutal practice of medically modifying young bodies continues uninterrupted.
“The bill would prohibit the extradition of an individual charged with violating another state’s law that criminalizes allowing a person to receive or provide gender-affirming health care.”
“A court of this state has temporary emergency jurisdiction if the child is present in this state and the child has been abandoned or it is necessary in an emergency to protect the child because the child, or a sibling or parent of the child, is subjected to, or threatened with, mistreatment or abuse, or because the child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care”
In other words, if a minor child is subjected to experimental drug or surgical procedures in a different state in which those procedures are prohibited without parental consent, and the parents of the child pursue legal action against the medical staff involved, those individuals could relocate to California with full immunity from any and all legal responsibility for their actions. With the passing of this bill, a child could run away to California, pursue trans drugs and surgeries, and be “protected” by the state of California from their parents in the ‘foreign’ home state through the sealing of all applicable records around their body modifying venture. In reality, this sanctions the aiding and abetting of criminal acts and kidnapping and medically harming children.
Here’s an example of how this unacceptable bill might play out should it pass:
A non-California school teacher suggests to her student that she run off to California to get away from her non-affirming New York parents and seek cross-sex hormones or gender surgery in California. The teacher and school could avoid any legal consequences because the parents and the state of New York would have no legal power to discover what happened to that child, medically or otherwise, after her arrival to California.
Bill SB107 would also prevent the prosecution of trans advocacy groups who bring out-of-state minors into California for procedures without parental consent. It also shields the identity of the trans advocacy groups, including institutions like Planned Parenthood, from prosecution.

It is up to concerned parents and citizens to stand together in opposition to this bill and others like it that aim to strip parental rights while rewarding those who participate in the permanent medical harm of children.

We can’t allow the state of California to begin aiding and abetting criminal doctors and ‘healthcare’ staff. We cannot allow a bill to pass that will allow any American child to be led to California to undergo so-called ‘gender-affirming’ drugs and surgeries and have all of their records sealed from their parents.
